Vellora Return & Refund Policy

At Vellora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If the return is due to an error on our part or the product arrived damaged or defective, Vellora may cover the applicable return shipping costs.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
